These terms apply when you use doodleden.us and its tools. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Free tools, provided as is
Doodleden™'s tools are free to use. They are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Doodleden™ does not promise that the site or any tool will always be available or free of errors.
Check your results
Files, images and other results produced by the tools can contain errors or differ from what you expect, for example because of software errors, browser differences or the settings and files you provide. Check every result before you rely on it or submit it anywhere, and keep your original files. You use the tools at your own risk.
Some tools may produce estimates or calculations. Those pages explain their limits next to the result, and their results are not professional, legal, financial or official advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doodleden™ is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its tools, including errors or discrepancies in generated files or data, lost data, rejected submissions or missed deadlines.
Your files and your responsibilities
Your files are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to or stored by Doodleden™, as described in the privacy policy. You are responsible for having the right to use the files you open with the tools and for how you use the results.
Please do not use the site in a way that disrupts it or interferes with other visitors.
Advertising and other websites
The site is funded by advertising. Ads and links to other websites are provided by third parties. Doodleden™ does not control and is not responsible for their content, products or practices.
Ownership of this site
Ownership of this site. The doodleden.us website, including its code, site graphics, logos, text and page design, is the property of the owner of doodleden.us, except for the third-party components listed below, which are used under their own licences. No part of doodleden.us may be copied, rehosted or redistributed, or presented as Doodleden™ or doodleden.us, as affiliated with either, or as the property of anyone other than the owner of doodleden.us.
Your files. This does not apply to the files you open with Doodleden™'s tools or the results you make with them. They stay on your device and remain yours.
Free use. Doodleden™'s utilities are free to use as served from doodleden.us. The site's running costs may be supported by advertising, as described in the privacy policy.
Open-source software
PDF Fill & Sign uses Mozilla's PDF.js, under the Apache License 2.0, together with the fonts, character maps, colour profile and image decoders it includes, each under its own licence (SIL Open Font License 1.1, BSD-style, MIT and CC0). Doodleden™ serves these files from its own site; your PDF is not sent anywhere. The licence texts are published with the files: PDF.js licence, Liberation fonts, Foxit fonts, character maps, colour profile, and the OpenJPEG, JBIG2 and QCMS decoders (with their PDF.js wrappers: OpenJPEG, JBIG2, QCMS).
The QR Code Generator uses Project Nayuki's QR Code generator library, under the MIT License. The QR Code Reader uses jsQR, under the Apache License 2.0. Doodleden™ serves both from its own site; what you type and the images you open are not sent anywhere.
Changes to these terms
Doodleden™ may change the site, its tools or these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
