Bulk Image Resizer, Converter & Compressor
Resize, convert or compress a whole folder of images in one go: choose up to 100 images, pick one setting for all of them, and download the results one by one or together as a ZIP.
Processed locally — your images stay on your device.
Working on a single image? The Image Resizer, Image Converter and Image Compressor offer more settings for one picture.
How to resize many images at once
- Choose up to 100 images, or drop a selection from a folder onto the page.
- Pick Resize, Convert or Compress, and the setting to use for every image.
- Select Process images. Each image is processed in turn and listed with its new size, or the reason it was skipped.
- Download the images one by one, or select Download all (.zip).
Change a setting and process the list again as often as you like; your original files are never changed.
Resize, Convert or Compress
- Resize scales every image by a percentage, or fits it inside a maximum width and height while keeping its proportions. Fit within never makes an image larger.
- Convert saves every image as PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF, BMP, TIFF or a 16, 32 and 48 pixel ICO icon. JPEG and BMP fill transparent areas with a background colour.
- Compress keeps each image's dimensions and lowers the JPEG or WebP quality, optionally until each file is under a size you choose. PNGs with 256 colours or fewer are saved in a smaller palette form with every pixel unchanged.
Files with the same name get a number, such as photo-2.jpg, so nothing is overwritten in the ZIP.
Animated images
Doodleden™'s image tools save still images. So that an animation is never lost by accident, animated GIF, PNG and WebP files are skipped and marked in the list. If a still picture is what you want, tick Process animated images as still pictures and each one is saved from its first frame.
Private by design
Your images are read, processed and packaged inside your browser, one at a time. They are not uploaded to a Doodleden™ server, and nothing about them is stored. A batch can hold up to 100 images and 500 MB of results, so that a phone or laptop does not run out of memory.
